Initial Consultation and Job Definition

We begin with an in-depth evaluation of your needs and priorities based on discussions with the management team, the hiring authority, and the human resources department. Candidate Review and Presentation

We prescreen all candidates for compliance with the job requirements prior to submission. We conduct in-depth personal interviews with the candidates, check their references, and verify their credentials.
